Address/Institution Index
Many common address terms are abbreviated in the product.
Thomson Reuters strongly recommends that you use address abbreviations to find
all relevant records.
In the Search function, click the address search
aid to consult the Address/Institution Index for acronyms and abbreviations of
company and institution names.
Some companies and institutions cannot be searched by their full names.
Searching for eFirst
Records
When performing an Address/Institution search from the
Search and Advanced Search pages, the product will retrieve all eFirst
records for the selected editions and timespan.
In Advanced Search, always use the AD field tag to search
for eFirst records.
Be aware, however, that if you use Address field tags
such as OG, SA, CI, PS, and so on, the product will not retrieve any eFirst
records.
Also be aware that eFirst records are removed
from the product database when a published record is loaded into the product database.
