Enter a four-digit year or a range of years to find records published in a particular year or a range of years.
You must enter a publication year combined with another field. Therefore, enter a publication year with a Topic, Title, Author, and/or Publication Name search query.
When entering a range of years, restrict your search to five years or less; otherwise,
processing slows down and the product will return too many unproductive results.

Because eFirst records have not yet been published in journals, they do not have a publication date. Therefore, when you search by Publication Year, the product excludes all eFirst records from the search results. If you are searching for eFirst records, do not search by publication year.
eFirst records are removed from the product database when a published record is loaded into the product database.
