When you limit a search by document type or publication medium, you retrieve only those records that contain the search term(s) you entered in the search fields and the document type(s) you select from the list.

Search Tip

You may limit your search by selecting a single item or multiple items. The default selection is All document types and All publication media.

To select more than one item:

• Press the Ctrl key (Windows^®) as you click each item.
• Press the Command key (Macintosh^®) as you click each item.
