Following are the requirements for running Thomson Innovation on your computer.
Thomson Innovation supports the following browsers.
Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 and 7.0
Mozilla Firefox 1.5 and up
Netscape 8.0 and up
Turn off all popup blockers.
JavaScript must be enabled.
To avoid error messages in Internet Explorer, add Thomson Innovation to the Trusted Sites list. See your Internet Explorer documentation for details.
Using browser controls to manage text size can result in a display that requires a significant amount of scrolling, particularly in the Mozilla Firefox browser.
Citation mapping requires the most current version of the Java runtime environment (JRE) and browser plug-in in order to display the citation maps. See Checking Your Java Capabilities in the citation mapping help section for more information.
You will need to have a current version of the Adobe Acrobat Reader plugin, or an equivalent, installed in your browser.
Thomson Innovation is designed for a minimum screen resolution of 1024 x 768 pixels.
If your organization or location has strict firewall or security settings in place, you may need to add Thomson Innovation as a “Trusted Site” in order to access it. If you still have trouble accessing the site after taking this step, please contact Customer Technical Support for assistance.
