Questions about network connections and/or the use of your Web browser should be directed to your network administrator.

Downloading the Help File

Save the entire help file to your computer to open it at any time. The saved file contains all the help topics created for the product you are using.

Open an internet browser to Web of Science. 

Select the desired database from the Select a database drop-down menu, for example, Derwent Innovations Index.

From the top-right side of the screen, select Help > Web of Science Help.
