Current Contents Connect® is a current awareness database that provides easy Web access to complete tables of contents, abstracts, bibliographic information, and abstracts from the most recently published issues of leading scholarly journals, as well as from more than 7,000 relevant, evaluated websites. Also included is full bibliographic information from some electronic journals before they are published

Support Web Sites

For technical support, go to our Global Customer Support page where where you can open a ticket for customer, product, and technical support.

For telephone numbers and hours of operation, go to our Telephone and Hours page.

To request changes to a product's database, go to our Data Change Request page.

Questions about network connections and/or the use of your Web browser should be directed to your network administrator.

Downloading the Help File

You can save the entire Help file to the hard drive on your machine and open it at anytime. The file will contain all the Help topics created for the product that you are searching.

  1. Go to the Search page of any Web of Knowledge product database.

  2. Click the Help link to open the Help file.

  3. From the File menu, select Save As.

  4. Save the Help file to a folder on you hard drive.

  5. Double-click to open the Help file.
