Journal Search

For a complete list of journals in the product database, go to our Master Journal List.

After you access the Master Journal List page, select the Journal List tab. Then select a searchable database to:

• Find a specific journal by title, title words, or ISSN
• View a list of all journals
• View a list of all journals covered in a specific subject category
• View a list of all journal coverage changes

Support

This Support link will take you to our Support page where you can open a ticket for customer, product, and technical support.

For more information, go to our Support page in Help.

To request changes to a product's database, go to our Data Change Request page, and:

1. Enter your contact information.
2. Enter details of the required data change.
3. Click the Submit Request button.

Downloading the Help File

You can save the entire Help file to the hard drive on your machine and open it at anytime. The file will contain all the Help topics created for the product that you are using.

1. Open Internet Explorer.

2. Go to the Search page of any Web of Knowledge product (for example, Web of Science).

3. In the right-hand column, under Training and Support, click the "More questions? Consult the Help files" link to open the Help file to the Table of Contents page.

4. From the File menu, select the Save As option.

5. Save the Help file to a folder on you hard drive.

6. Double-click to open the Help file.
